In this role, youll: Inspect and assess empty properties and repair works. Respond to property concerns from residents and colleagues. Ensure all homes meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard , Housing Health and Safety Rating System , and Fitness for Human Habitation Regulations under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 . Youll work across flexible geographical patches, making decisions that directly impact resident satisfaction and Beacons reputation. Clear communication is keyyoull explain decisions, resolve concerns early, and help us deliver a cost-effective, high-quality service within budget.
