Leading production delivery to meet customer demand, working closely with commercial, distribution, and asphalt teams.
Overseeing drilling and blasting activities (conducted in-house), ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
Managing, developing, and engaging the site team through effective leadership, training, performance management, and succession planning.
Who you are You'll have experience within the quarry industry, holding a strong understanding of Quarry Regulations.
You'll hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with sound geotechnical awareness.
You'll be commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, costs, and site financial performance.
You're a confident leader with the ability to engage, develop, and motivate teams.
We are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. You will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.
