Quantity Surveyors - Contract Location: Essex Contract Duration: 9 months (initial, with potential extension ) About the Company Our client is a well-established engineering and project services organisation delivering large-scale infrastructure and asset-focused programmes across regulated and operationally complex environments. They support critical transport and built-environment projects, working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery. Role Overview We are seeking degree-qualified Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 2 years' experience to support high-volume, lower-value works (typically up to £3-4m) within a complex, operational environment. The role will involve end-to-end commercial and contract administration, managing multiple work packages in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy setting. Key Responsibilities Administer NEC contracts from initiation through to close-out. Manage commercial aspects of multiple concurrent work packages. Draft, manage, and run tenders. Support cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts. Work closely with delivery teams and external stakeholders.
