Quantity Surveyor

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

An established residential developer is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a large-scale regeneration scheme in North London.

You will take commercial responsibility for a phase of approximately 200 residential units, playing a key role in ensuring financial performance and cost control across the project.

This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a company that offers regular progression opportunities and I will help you every step of the way to become a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Role

Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and financial performance

Procure and oversee contractor and subcontractor packages

Carry out tender analysis and ensure best value delivery

Administer contracts, including valuations and variations

Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities

Work closely with internal teams to support project delivery

About You

Experience in residential or mixed-use developments (high-rise preferred)

Strong commercial and contract management knowledge

Confident managing packages and working with stakeholders

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
