Working on behalf of a well-established and growing groundworks contractor, currently looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high-quality groundworks and civil engineering packages across residential and commercial developments, with the added benefit of gaining exposure to estimating as part of the role.
The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple groundworks projects from pre-contract through to final account. Youll work closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on budget and in line with contractual requirements.
You will also have the opportunity to support the pre-construction team, gaining valuable experience in estimating and tendering activities.
