MPowering People are representing a fantastic client based out of London that are a leading Construction & Infrastructure business who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

Role Overview

This is a project-based commercial leadership role, working closely with senior operational stakeholders. The position holds full responsibility for commercial and contract administration across either a large, complex project or multiple projects running concurrently. The business operates as principal contractor on most projects, with an integrated delivery model that provides exposure to the full project lifecycle within a single team structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing and improving the efficiency of the in-house delivery model
• Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks while maximising opportunities
• Build strong, collaborative client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes
• Partner closely with operational teams to ensure effective contract administration and delivery of all contractual obligations
