Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor for a full-time position based on-site in London. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning, cost management, conducting cost report, and ensure financial control throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. The role also involve collaborating with project teams to deliver projects on budget and to high standards of quality and efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Proficiency in preparing and analysing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Experience in creating detailed Cost Reporting and forecasts
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Preferable with major project experiences and involve in RIBA Stages 5–7 to support the commercial delivery of live construction projects, especially in mixed-used development project.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
  • Professional qualification or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as cost estimating or project management software, is a plus
