Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Shoreditch office with Central London projects Salary: Up to £65,000 basic plus quarterly bonus and benefits package

Your Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing stunning workplace visions to life ensuring budgets, costs, timelines and value delivery align seamlessly with design ambition and our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop accurate cost estimates, prepare bills of quantities and perform cost planning for both fit-out and refurbishment projects.
* Create and manage commercial documentation: tender packages, cost analyses, valuations and final reconciliations.
* Monitor and report project costs against budget, identifying and mitigating risks early.
* Lead procurement: tender solicitations, negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors and recommending optimal value-for-money options.
* Advise project teams and clients on cost efficiencies, value engineering and alternatives without compromising design intent.
