Reed Property & Construction are proudly working with a leading demolition contractor to recruit for an experienced Estimator. This business is a real leader in their field with some exciting news that will drop soon on some key contracts they have won. Their projects range from £100k to £10m, and pride themselves on having an expert workforce and state-of-the-art plant equipment. They are looking for an experienced QS with construction, demolition or environmental remediation experience to support with their interesting and frequently complex projects. The Quantity Surveyor will be based in the Birmingham office and will assist with commercial and project co-ordination duties on a number of projects from point of award through to final account. The Quantity Surveyor will also provide commercial assistance to the estimating department and business development teams.
