Quantity Surveyor - London

I am working with a forward-thinking and small Quantity Surveying consultancy who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team. The Quantity Surveyor will be based in the Central London office near Liverpool Street Station.

The Quantity Surveyor will be offered Hybrid working.

The Company

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining an ambitious construction consultancy who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work. You will be joining a small team of 10 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

As a company their bread and butter is Commercial fit out projects working in Law, Insurance, Media, Finance and Technology.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects throughout their life cycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • 4+ years Quantity Surveying Experience
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Excellent attitude and team player
  • Able to support with mentoring junior colleagues
