Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage monthly applications for payment.
Take-off construction drawings and monitor variations.
Support contract reviews and progress reports.
Analyse earned value and forecast project performance.
Ensure claims and early warnings are submitted appropriately. Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in E&I contracting.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC, ICE, or NEC contracts.
