The Quantity Surveyor Role
You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including residential, education, commercial and defence.
Skills Required: Cost planning & valuations Change control & contract administration Procurement support Interim & final accounts Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle JCT expertise (NEC4 exposure is a bonus!)
