We're currently supporting a fantastic client looking for an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the West Midlands. About The Contractor: They are a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-profile construction projects across the UK & Europe. Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a vital member of the project team, responsible for managing aspects of the commercial and contractual activities on the assigned sections of the project. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the project's financial success and delivering it to the highest standards of quality, within budget and on schedule. Responsibilities: * Design concept, cost and price estimation * Negotiation and presentation of contracts (for clients and subcontractors), respectively tender documents * Building contract scrutiny and terms of contract analysis * Quantities measurements, project cash flow prediction * Acquisition and assessment of client requirements, including after-sales service and CRM * Conducting comprehensive cost estimation and preparing accurate cost plans * Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and agreement of terms * Monitoring project costs and variations, providing proactive cost advice and control measures * Ensuring compliance w...
