About the Company An award winning contractor who are part of a multi faceted construction and property company.
They are a fast growing fit out and refurbishment contractor, with 80% of their order book for 2026 already secured.
They have an exciting pipeline of projects across retail, leisure, residential and commercial sectors.
About the Role Based at Head Office in Liverpool with site visits as appropriate.
Quantity Surveyor duties on fit out, refurbishment schemes for key clients in the Retail, Commercial, Hospitality & Leisure sectors.
You will join a small close knit team of dedicated professionals, working together to deliver projects on time and within budget, reporting to the Assosciate Director (Commercial)
Brief Overview;
Mainly fit out and refurbishment contracts, new build experience as well would be beneficial
Must be able to measure and have knowledge of producing quantities for schedule of works or bill production preferable
Run 2/3 projects value 100k up to £2million
Some estimating knowledge would be beneficial
Growing team, great time to join the business
QS Role includes:-
* Control of cost and value
* Subcontractor procurement, payment and management
* Valuations
* Variations and Final Account
* Monthly management reporting
* Protection of the company’s commercial interests
* Working closely with the project team to enable project delivery/success
What you Need to Succeed
* Experience in working on 2+ schemes concurrently
* Leisure or Retail sector build, refurb or fitout experience
* Strong negotiating skills and ability to work as part of an ambitious and successful team
