A dynamic cost management team in London is seeking a proactive and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to run commercial fit out projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside the London Head of cost management, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work on a variety of commercial fit out projects, carrying out pre and post contract tasks on works.

The Quantity surveyor would be running projects from concept to completion, and you would also be encouraged to get involved in business development.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• 3 or more years Quantity Surveying experience
• Commercial fit out project experience
• Worked for a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Pre and post contract knowledge and experience
• Client facing, proactive, confident
