A respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-focused Quantity Surveyor to work across a diverse range of residential and affordable housing projects throughout Greater Manchester and the North West.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering cost consultancy and employer's agent services on new build housing and regeneration schemes. Working closely with senior colleagues and clients, the Quantity Surveyor will manage pre- and post-contract duties, with a strong emphasis on the employer's agent function.

This role offers excellent long-term progression for a motivated Quantity Surveyor looking to expand their project and client-facing experience within a supportive consultancy environment.

Applicants should be confident working across the full project lifecycle and have prior experience within the residential or affordable housing sectors.

Required Experience:

Consultancy or client-side background as a Quantity Surveyor Experience delivering projects as, or supporting, the employer's agent Knowledge of residential and affordable housing schemes is desirable Working towards MRICS or recently chartered preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
