Quantity Surveyor

Location: Commutable to Daresbury (flexible working available) Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (Senior level up to £70,000) Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible) Start Date: Within candidate's notice period

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team, working across engineering-led projects. The role involves cost management, commercial oversight, and supporting project delivery, with occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Managing variations and cost reporting Supporting permit applications Month-end forecasting and financial tracking Commercial support across engineering projects

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (3+ years) Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying Experience in contractor-side environments Exposure to engineering projects Industry experience in Utilities, Nuclear, or FMCG preferred RICS accreditation desirable (not essential)
