They are seeking experienced Contract Quantity Surveyors to join their team on exciting assignments. Role Overview You will be responsible for: Full cost management across the project lifecycle. Preparing estimates, cost plans, and valuations. Managing procurement and tender processes. Liaising with contractors, clients, and stakeholders. Monitoring budgets, assessing risks, and managing change control. Requirements Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor on UK construction projects. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
