As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have pivotal role in the commercial success of our project packages. Managing all commercial aspects of construction packages from inception to final account. Be able to work in a team environment, experience in overseeing 2 stage tenders, ensuring compliance and effective risk management. Cost Control & Reporting to the Commercial Manager. Implementing robust cost control procedures, forecasting, budgeting, and producing accurate financial reports.
