Quantity Surveyor/ Project Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team for a highly motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the Asset & Procurement Team supporting the delivery of the Town and Community Hub delivery programme and DBFM/PPP Contract Management. You will work effectively with project partners and other relevant bodies; monitor and report on individual projects and ensure contract compliance. With a degree in a relevant field, you will have extended knowledge and experience of working on multiple high-value contracts and project management skills with experience in procurement, contract and financial management and be familiar with Design & Build forms of contract. To be considered for a NLC Grade 12, it is essential that you hold chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors i.e. A driving licence is required for this role and you must be able to travel throughout North Lanarkshire. 35 hours per week -Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm (including a 55 minute unpaid break) This includes 27 days annual leave and 6 public holidays , and a wide range of benefits available to you, find out more at work well NL.
