*About Sachet Factory*
Sachet Factory is a fast-growing start-up specialising in manufacturing premium stick pack products for some of the biggest health and wellness brands in the UK. We are moving into a brand-new, state of the art production facility in June 2025 to meet the growing demand for our products.
As we scale our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented *Quality Supervisor* to help uphold the highest standards across our production processes.
*About the Role*
You will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and documenting the quality of materials and finished goods in our stick pack manufacturing facility. Working closely with the production and operations teams, you’ll ensure that all products meet internal specifications, customer expectations, and relevant regulatory standards.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in food, supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things right.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Carry out in-process and final product quality checks (appearance, weight, seal integrity, etc.)
* Sample and inspect raw materials and packaging upon arrival
* Maintain accurate quality records, logs, and batch documentation
* Identify, record, and escalate any non-conformances or deviations
* Ensure production staff adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
* Assist with internal audits and support external inspections (e.g., BRCGS, ISO)
* Work collaboratively with the Production Manager and team leaders to maintain product quality
* Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
*What We’re Looking For*
* Experience in a quality control or QA role within food, supplements, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals
* Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and quality management systems
* High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge when necessary
* Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, email systems)
* Knowledge of BRCGS or ISO standards is a big advantage
