As Quality Manager, you will take full responsibility for ensuring all products meet internal quality standards and comply with food safety regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining site compliance and driving continuous improvement across the business. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the quality control team Ensuring compliance with HACCP, BRC, and food safety standards Managing inspections, testing, and internal/external audits Maintaining accurate quality documentation and reporting systems Overseeing supplier quality and approval processes Handling customer complaints in a proactive, solutions-focused manner Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site Ensuring high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and risk management The Candidate
Minimum 3 years experience in a Quality Management or Supervisory role within food manufacturing Strong working knowledge of BRC standards HACCP Level 3 (or above) and Food Safety Level 3 (or above) A degree in Food Science or a related field is desirable Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proactive approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business where you can make a real impact on quality standards and operational excellence.
