Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent

As our Quality Manager, you will take charge of leading, coaching, and managing a motivated quality team, ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained across all products and processes. You’ll be accountable for overseeing various essential tasks, including developing quality standards, managing customer requirements, and leading audits to uphold ISO 9001:2015 compliance. Your strong analytical skills will allow you to drive continuous improvement initiatives, while your commitment to excellence will ensure that our products consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

Quality Manager Requirements:

Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality assurance methodologies. Strong understanding of lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.
