Inspector – Quality Team (Manufacturing) Location: Barnsley Hours: 40 per week Days Mon-Thurs 06:00 – 16:30 including a 30 minute unpaid dinner break and a 15 minute paid tea break Afters Mon-Thurs 12:00 – 22:30 including a 30 minute unpaid dinner break and a 15 minute paid tea break (overtime or time in lieu) Salary: £30,140 per year Immediate start available We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Inspector to join the quality team at a busy manufacturing facility in Barnsley. Our client specialises in producing products for industries including mining, marine, construction, and nuclear applications. As an Inspector, you will play a key role in supporting both the Quality and Production departments. You will carry out chemical analysis tests, dimensional “first off” checks, patrol and final inspections of lead-based components, and produce accurate reports for internal and customer use.
