Quality Inspector

£13.00 per hour, Temporary ongoing position, Mon-Friday 8am to 5pm (early finish on Friday), based in BS3 Bristol - Temporary ongoing position to start ASAP - Holiday, Pension, Parking plus more

An established manufacturer producing a variety of components and parts in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment are recruiting a quality inspector to join their team. Working in a small team and reporting to the Quality manager, this role will suit someone who has a can do attitude, excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment. This role offers support and will provide further development opportunities for the right candidate.

The quality inspector duties will include:

Checking manufactured goods against drawings to include dimensions and materials Checking incoming raw materials for quality and counts Checking finished goods using measuring equipment Investigate any defaults and escalate accordingly To support 6S activity within the factory To support investigations into customer returns

The successful quality inspector will ideally have previously worked within a production or manufacturing environment - previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, however our client will welcome applications from candidates with no experience.
