If so, we'd love to hear from you.We're looking for a proactive Quality Inspector to support our growing team by carrying out quality inspections, monitoring processes, and helping drive ongoing improvements throughout the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on product quality and operational excellence.What you'll be doing:As our Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in safeguarding product quality by:Conducting internal auditsPerforming goods-inward, product, and equipment quality inspectionsCarrying out daily process-based quality checks and recording resultsMonitoring scrap levels and investigating root causesRaising and progressing corrective actions with suppliersSupporting validation of supplier corrective actionsOverseeing internal and external calibration of equipmentAssisting in the creation of SOPs and work instructionsManaging and reporting on customer returnsUndertaking projects focused on continuous improvement and Lean principlesEnsuring clear, accurate documentation and communication across teamsWhat We're Looking for:Essential:ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualificationMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleAbility to read technical drawingsExperience using basic measuring equipmentIntermediate MS Office skillsStrong time management, attention to detail, and QMS record-keeping abilitiesExcellent communication skillsConfident decision-makerOrganised, able to work in a busy environment, and willing to challenge where neededDesirable:IOSH / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 internal auditor training5S experienceFamiliarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001 systemsKnowledge of root cause analysis toolsWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team working to uphold high-quality standards across the business.
