Quality Inspector Key Responsibilities & Requirements: * Previous inspection experience gained through machining or a dedicated quality/inspection role. * Confident in using precision measurement tools such as CMMs, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, and surface-roughness measuring instruments. * Able to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. * Strong attention to detail and a methodical working approach. * Clear verbal and written communication skills. * Inspect manufactured and purchased parts to ensure they meet required specifications. * Calibrate and maintain in-house measuring equipment. * Perform first-off and patrol inspections throughout production. * Complete inspections using process instructions, documentation, and standard procedures. * Support the Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) process and communicate quality issues to relevant teams.
