Were looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a safe, compliant, and environmentally conscious workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll drive continuous improvement across quality, health, safety, and environmental performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Youll Do:
Lead and maintain QHSE systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 accreditations.
Identify and control workplace risks, ensuring the highest standards of safety for employees and visitors.
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions.
Promote a strong safety and quality culture through effective communication and team engagement.
Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For:
Proven QHSE management experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
essential.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Skilled in audits, root-cause analysis, and risk management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable).
