Lodestone Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Product Quality Engineer to join a well-established precision engineering manufacturer supplying high-performance gears and gearboxes to industries including motorsport, aerospace, marine and heavy equipment. This is a hands-on quality role with leadership responsibility, overseeing inspection activities and ensuring the highest standards across precision-machined components. The Role * Lead and support a small inspection team * Program and operate CMM/GMM measurement equipment * Carry out first-off, in-process and final inspections * Investigate non-conformances and quality issues * Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality standards What We’re Looking For * Experience with CMM programming and dimensional inspection * Strong ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances * Background in precision machining or complex engineered components * Previous experience supporting or leading quality inspection teams Would this be a role that you are interested in?
