We are launching a brand-new Alternative Provision (AP) in West Bradford and are seeking a foundational teacher to join us from 1st June 2026. This is a Temp to Perm position. You will join the founding team during our pre-opening setup phase, allowing you to influence the curriculum and environment before transitioning to a permanent school contract. You will be teaching small groups of students with complex SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs and SEND. Key Responsibilities Classroom Innovation: Design and deliver an engaging curriculum for students who have found mainstream education challenging. SEMH Specialist: Implement trauma-informed strategies to support pupils with EHCPs and emotional regulation needs.
