About the Role Work Lyf Group are recruiting for an experienced QHSE Manager to support a leading manufacturer within the window and door sector. This position plays a key role in maintaining and improving Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards across all operations. The role is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining QHSE management systems while promoting a strong culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Lead internal audits, supplier assessments and external certification audits. Ensure compliance with all UK Health & Safety legislation, including theHealth and Safety at Work Act 1974. Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and accident/near-miss investigations. Manage environmental systems aligned withISO 14001and support the development and maintenance ofISO 50001energy management systems. Drive sustainability, waste management and energy-efficiency initiatives across the business.
Skills & Experience Proven experience inQHSE,Health & Safety, orQuality Managementwithin a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and ISO standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills. Ability to influence and promote a positive safety and quality culture.
Qualifications NEBOSH General Certificateor equivalent (essential). IEMAorIOSHmembership (desirable).
