Key QC Technician Responsibilities: Perform in-line quality checks Inspect product cut and appearance Check pack seals, gas, and labels Verify weights and case standards Confirm pallet quality and stability Approve product for despatch Complete HACCP documentation Report issues to QA or Team Leader

Required Quality Technician Experience: HACCP Level 2 Experience in FMCG manufacturing Strong attention to detail Confident written and verbal communication Quality-focused mindset Basic IT skills (forms, records) Ability to work to specifications
