As a Purchasing Supervisor, you will oversee a small team of Purchasing Coordinators and be responsible for: Providing daily guidance and training to the team Enhancing the team's skills to ensure a broad and diverse purchasing knowledge across the department Actively fostering team engagement through coaching, mentoring, and regular 1-2-1 sessions Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with suppliers, conducting regular reviews, and driving change and improvement plans Managing escalated issues within the team Presenting key data and insights Leading pricing reviews and supporting continuous improvement initiatives The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing and leading teams with diverse skill levels. We’re looking for someone who is ready to take on the managerial responsibilities of this role while also contributing to the team’s social dynamics. You should be someone who sets clear expectations, drives high performance, and thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
