Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance operations team. This role is essential in supporting the smooth running of finance functions through accurate invoice processing, supplier payments, and employee expenses. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts payable professional looking to contribute to an evolving business. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process supplier invoices and credit notes into the finance system, including both PO-based and manual entries. Support supplier onboarding, including completing necessary checks and ensuring policy compliance. Manage regular and ad-hoc payment runs across various banks and legal entities. Process and reconcile employee and company card expense claims in line with internal policies. Take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function for assigned countries or regions.
