Permanent Purchase Ledger job Based in Dudley Your new company Hays are working with an organisation who are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, timely payments to suppliers, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deal with supplier accounts enquiries and queries. Ensure purchase ledgers are accurate to tie in with month-end reporting Previous experience in a purchase ledger role Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
