Rail Systems Maintenance Technician Level 4Job Description The successful Rail Systems Maintenance Technician Level 4 will be responsible for carrying out reactive and corrective maintenance activities on CCTV, CIS, PHP, PAVA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role is to work Monday to Friday days and cover TOC stations across West London and along M3/M4.

SISS is essential to ensuring the travelling public are correctly informed and safe as they commute across our customer's rail networks, our maintenance service is critical to functioning of these systems
Rail Systems Maintenance Technician, what youll do:
Daily reactive maintenance activities across SISS and Telephony systems (CCTV systems, IP Networks, Help Points, Screens, Public Address, CIS, PAVA and WiFi)
Daily, weekly, monthly and annual planned maintenance activities as defined by the Team Leader
Ensuring SISS assets are well maintained, and station communication faults are reported and fixed
Utilising field IT equipment to provide real time corrective and planned maintenance data
Provide detailed reports to enable further investigations of referred faults
Who you are:
This role would suit someone with previous experience within a similar role involving IP, CCTV, Access Control, PA, CIS knowledge or come from a telecoms or electrical background. A great opportunity to join the team where there is the opportunity to grow within the team.
Rail Maintenance Technician Key requirements:
Have maintenance experience on either CCTV, CIS, PAVA, PHP, Access Control or come from an electrical background
Experience of working with SLA driven maintenance contracts
An understanding of using ServiceNow or using IT for updating/closing jobs/reporting
Full UK Driving Licence
The job holder will be required to work days, Monday to Friday
