About Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill

Duties and responsibilities related to the Public Area Team Leader role  

• Be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas within the hotel.

• Oversee the reporting and follow-up of maintenance issues to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our guests and employees.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new cleaning techniques to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public area cleaning operations.

• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a strong work ethic among team members.

About You 

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles within a premium hospitality environment is preferred. Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated, you maintain high standards of cleanliness and take pride in your work. With strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude, you ensure that public areas always reflect the highest standards.
