The Opportunity: Are you an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for hospitality? Do you dream of running your own pub? This could be your perfect opportunity! As a Business Partner with Morgan Pub Co., youll have the chance to lead one of our established pubs, live onsite rent-free, and be rewarded with 30% of the food and drink turnover. This would be ideal for a management couple with a great food background. Whats On Offer: Potentials earnings: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year plus accommodation Run Your Own Pub - Take full control of the day-to-day operations, from staffing and stock management to marketing and customer engagement Business Partner Deal - Earn 30% of the pubs turnover

Proven Kitchen Experience. Entrepreneurial Mindset - Youre motivated by success and have the drive to grow a business. Leadership Skills - You can inspire and manage a team, ensuring excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Financial Acumen - You understand the importance of budgeting, turnover, and profit margins, with the ability to manage the financial aspects of the pub effectively.
