Our client is looking for an experienced Restaurant & Hospitality Manager:

Duties:

* Managing a small team

* Purchasing stock and supplier liaison

* Managing catering and events budgets

* Processing payments and balancing payments

* Attending and co-ordinating some events

* Business promotion and development

* Adhering to excellent food and hygiene standards

* Incentivise and develop team

* All related administration

* Any other adhoc duties – a practical and hands-on approach is essential
