About the employer: This employer is an independent leading provider of specialist care and education. They work with children and young people in either an educational and/or residential setting who present a complexity of needs including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, autism, ADHD, and special educational needs.

Role snapshot: The candidate appointed be joining an MDT working with pupils and residents (8-18 yrs old) in a school and residential . The post holder will provide therapeutic living and learning environments, based on clinical assessments and formulation, offering individualised interventions to young people. Presentations may include developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conductions and SEN.
