**Calling all graduates looking for work in education and school settings**

We are working with SEMH secondary schools across Manchester, who support students with additional needs.

Prospero require graduates to work with pupils who come from challenging backgrounds. The role will start in September and will continue for the rest of the academic year.

You will be responsible for supporting pupils 1:1 and with small groups delivering intervention sessions in maths where you will provide intensive support to small groups of learners.

The students you will be working with have been taken out of mainstream education due to mental health needs, or behaviour challenges and therefore need extra Pastoral and Academic support, as well as mentoring.

You will be supported by outstanding teachers and a strong, highly recognised leadership team.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Psychology, or a relevant degree such as Maths, English, Sociology Criminology, the Arts, Dance, Drama, Sports or a background in Health & Social care background Previous experience working with young people (which we can reference) desirable but not essential Relevant experience working with children or young people with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties is essential.
