Teaching Assistant (Ideal for Psychology Graduates) Location: Central London Salary: £90-£105 per day Required: April 2026

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology graduate looking to work as a Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a school environment, particularly for those considering a future career in educational psychology, teaching, or child development. Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who may require additional support Assist students with a range of needs, including social, emotional, and behavioural challenges Help create a positive and supportive classroom environment Observe and report on student progress and wellbeingWhat We’re Looking For:

A degree in Psychology (or related field) A genuine interest in working with children and young people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamDesirable (but not essential):

Experience working with children or young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) Interest in educational or clinical psychology Understanding of SEN (Special Educational Needs)What We Offer:
