They are looking for a PSV Field-based Service Technician covering the Midlands area of the UK. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for growing parc of buses and coaches, directly impacting our clients commitment to reliability and customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities: As PSV Field Service Technician your job role will include, but not be limited to the following. * Perform detailed inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, including axle and driveline repairs. * Conduct pre-delivery inspections, routine maintenance, preventative measures, and repairs to ensure vehicle reliability and roadworthiness. * Electrical fault finding including diagnosing CAN networks. * Diagnosing faults on HGV/PSV air systems. * Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies. * Utilize diagnostic equipment and stay abreast of emerging technologies within the industry. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
