This role ensures every proposition is bold, simple and advocacy-driving, while embedding agile ways of working that keep delivery customer-centric and outcomes-focused.Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and attend our #Hove office at least two days per month. You’ll use insight, creativity, and leadership to deliver measurable outcomes – all while growing your career in a business that values innovation and continuous improvement.What you’ll be doingLead the design of home propositions that solve real customer pain pointsTranslate customer insights into actionable concepts and service blueprintsDefine seamless end-to-end customer journeys and champion design principles for positive experiencesCollaborate across teams to embed propositions and ensure consistent experiencesOversee proposition trials and pilots, capturing feedback for continuous improvementWho you areWe’re looking for a Propositions and Experience Lead who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring people together to deliver meaningful change.
