- £29,000, OTE up to £32,000 Working Hours: 5 days a week 9am 5.30pm Monday to Friday Our client is looking for a switched-on Property Manager to work in Chatham looking after a portfolio of around 50-70 properties mainly HMOs.

We have an opportunity for you to join this amazing company who believe in investing in their team! Are you a super organised and meticulous Property Manager ready to work in a department where teamwork matters and working from your own initiative is imperative.

With an aim to provide unrivalled expertise in the market- place, backed by a team of fully dedicated professionals, extensive property marketing and market leading property management software.

Responsibilities and Duties Organising maintenance in a timely manner Ensuring all certificates are up to date for properties.

Onboarding landlords Overseeing check outs to facilitate a smooth transition between tenancies.

Ensuring inspections are conducted on time and results are actioned.

Dealing with any tenancy disputes/complaints.

Auditing/managing/recruiting contractors You will: Work calm under pressure.

Always be professional.

Have strong attention to detail.

Be Willing to learn and grow with the company.
