Manchester City Centre We are on the lookout for an experienced Property Management & Maintenance Coordinator to join a successful & growing company in Manchester City Centre. This is a fast-paced position supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio totaling around 700 properties and growing! The role requires someone highly organised, detail-oriented and confident liaising with contractors, agents, tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio.
