Key Responsibilities As Property Management Team Leader, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing property and resident services team Oversee maintenance and repairs across a large housing portfolio, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of works Allocate and monitor contractor performance, ensuring service standards and compliance are consistently met Act as the key escalation point for tenant and landlord disputes, providing fair, practical, and professional resolutions Carry out or oversee property inspections, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well maintained Ensure full compliance with social housing legislation, tenancy regulations, and housing standards Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and local authority partners Monitor service delivery performance, identify improvements, and drive continuous service enhancement What were looking for To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in property management and social housing (essential) At least 35 years experience managing a property or resident services team Experience overseeing a large portfolio (400+ properties or equivalent high-volume workload) Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law, housing regulations, and compliance frameworks Experience managing maintenance programmes, repairs, and contractor coordination at scale Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Strong organisational ability and confidence working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment Whats on offer:
