Property Litigation Solicitor – ManchesterYou'll join the Manchester-based Property Litigation team, part of a national Real Estate Litigation group that is one of the largest in the UK, comprising over 20 lawyers across Leeds, London and Manchester.Work will include:Commercial landlord and tenant disputesLease renewals (contested and uncontested)Break notices, forfeiture and possession actionsTelecoms disputesComplex dilapidations claimsDevelopment-related disputesStrategic litigation for large-scale occupiers and landlordsAt Junior Associate level, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of disputes and benefit from direct Partner supervision. You’ll be given real responsibility early, with support to help you grow and eventually run your own matters.At Senior/Managing Associate level, you'll take a lead on complex cases, supervise junior colleagues and act as a key contact for major clients.
