Senior Property Litigation SolicitorCentral ManchesterHighly Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits6+ Years PQE I am currently working with a top-tier law firm in Central Manchester that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join a well-established and highly ranked property litigation practice, working on complex and high-value disputes for a diverse client base including developers, landlords, investors, corporate occupiers and property management companies. The Role As a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in handling complex property disputes while also supporting the wider team with strategic input and mentoring more junior lawyers. You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including: Commercial landlord and tenant disputesLease renewals and terminations (1954 Act matters)Dilapidations claimsForfeiture and possession proceedingsService charge disputesRights of way, easements and boundary disputesDevelopment-related disputesInjunctions and enforcement matters You will be involved in matters from initial instruction through to trial where required, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the firm’s real estate and litigation teams. Key Responsibilities Managing a complex caseload of property litigation mattersAdvising clients on strategic dispute resolution optionsDrafting pleadings, witness statements and court documentationRepresenting clients in negotiations, mediations and settlement discussionsLiaising with counsel, surveyors and expert witnessesSupporting the development and supervision of junior team membersContributing to business development and client relationship management About You The firm is keen to speak with solicitors who have strong experience within property litigation and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
