Property Litigation Solicitor – URGENT

We are working on an exciting and urgent opportunity for a newly qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join a respected firm based in Preston.

The Role:

• Acting on a broad range of property disputes including landlord & tenant, boundary issues, dilapidations, and possession matters.
• Advising both commercial and private clients.
• Managing your own caseload with supervision and support from senior solicitors.

You:

• Qualified Solicitor ( NQ upwards) with exposure to litigation during training.
• Strong interest in property litigation and client care.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
